Bringing together a community that loves all things horror by showcasing Wisconsin based horror films and art. 

The film festival was created in 2016 by co-founders Lee Marohn and Paul Salzer.  The festival owes its beginnings to the previous Oshkosh Horror Film Festival.  The nonprofit event is managed by a committee of filmmakers, artists, bloggers, podcasters and reviewers.  All our proceeds each year are donated to the Time Community Theater in Oshkosh, WI.
